Is buying pre construction in Vaughan a good idea?
It can be, if you are comfortable waiting for occupancy and paying deposits in stages. You lock in today’s price and choose your suite or lot early, but closing is typically a year or more away and the market can move in either direction. Read the agreement of purchase and sale and have a lawyer review it.
How much is the deposit on a new build in Vaughan?
Builders usually collect the deposit in instalments, for example at signing and then at set dates over the following months. The schedule differs by project, so check the price sheet for each one.
When can I move in?
Occupancy dates are listed on each project page. Dates are the builder’s estimate and can change.
