Is buying pre construction in North York a good idea?
It can be, if you are comfortable waiting for occupancy and paying deposits in stages. You lock in today’s price and choose your suite or lot early, but closing is typically a year or more away and the market can move in either direction. Read the agreement of purchase and sale and have a lawyer review it.
How much is the deposit on a new build in North York?
