Atelier Park Condos is the inaugural phase of a master-planned project. This initial development will consist of two slender towers characterized by numerous balconies and vertical, rippling lines inspired by Italian suit tailoring. One tower, featuring a darker grey color palette, will rise to 40 storeys, near Hwy 7, while the other, sporting a lighter beige tone, will stand at 39 storeys, positioned behind the first.

The two towers will share a 2-storey podium and collectively offer 878 suites, comprising 63 studio, 461 one-bedroom, 350 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom units, with exclusive 2-storey walkout suites on the ground floor.

While additional details about the suites are yet to be announced, based on the developer’s past projects, we can anticipate spacious, luxurious units with designer touches and highly desirable features and finishes.

The development will provide ample parking with five levels of underground parking, offering 828 spaces and 482 lockers for residents and visitors. Additionally, there will be 4,445 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor, facing Highway 7, enhancing convenience for the community.

Outdoor amenities will include a rooftop terrace atop the podium, spanning over 5,000 sq. ft, with inviting seating and attractive landscaping, creating a spacious retreat. This will be complemented by an additional nearly-9,000 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space.
