Cadence is at 155 Guelph Avenue near Fisher Mills Road in the Silver Heights area of Hespeler, in the north end of Cambridge. Highway 401 and the Hespeler Road interchange are close, and Hespeler Road continues north toward Guelph. Hespeler was settled in 1830, became a town in 1901 and joined Cambridge in 1973.
