Many errands can be completed on foot in this area thanks to its excellent amenities. The TAG Condos will be surrounded by big-box stores, supermarkets, dining establishments, shopping centers, and plazas. The Sociable Pub, Pareez Fine Foods, Chapters, Sleep Country Canada, Kabab and Grill, Moxies, Montana’s, Sleep Country Canada, and Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House are all nearby. There is so much to do right at your fingertips that you won’t ever get bored.

A six-minute walk will bring you to Upper Canada Mall. Many restaurants, clothing stores, and furniture stores, such as Hudson’s Bay, Old Navy, Sport Chek, Bluenotes, Winners, and BMO, can be found in this 2-story modern mall. There is a five-minute stroll to York Town Square. Fabricland, No Frills, and Goodlife Fitness are all located here.

There are numerous sizable green spaces in this area. Tom Taylor Trail, Nokiidaa Bike Trail, Fairy Lake, and a covered BBQ area are all included in the enormous Wesley Brooks Conservation Area. A few steps to the east is Haskett Park, and to the south of the development are Eldred King Woodlands, Quaker Park, and Dennis Park.
