Lakeside Living in Keswick
Introduction
Homestead Meadows brings new detached homes to Keswick in the Town of Georgina, close to Lake Simcoe beaches, marinas and trails. The community is designed for first time detached buyers, young families and move up buyers who want more space for their money than the rest of York Region offers.
Design
Homes come in two collections. The 32 foot Luxury Singles range from 1,703 to 2,478 sq ft, with two car garages on the Shorehaven, Brookstone and Seabreeze. The 36 foot Luxury Singles range from 1,583 to 2,758 sq ft, including the Ridgeport corner lot design.
Incentives
32 foot homes include $5,000 in decor dollars and 36 foot homes include $10,000 in decor dollars. The deposit is $25,000 with the agreement, then $25,000 at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days, for $125,000 in total.
