Under development since 2007, it is planned for about 4,500 homes on 600 acres. The Half Moon Bay release features stacked condo townhomes in two and three bedroom layouts, which the builder describes as ENERGY STAR certified with optional finished basements. Mattamy positions these homes as offering the privacy of a townhome with the convenience of condo living. Earlier phases of the community included single detached homes, which third party sources list as sold out, so this release should not be described as detached.
