Aura at Lakeview Village by Caivan introduces a collection of condo townhomes along Mississauga‘s reimagined waterfront, near Lakeshore Road East and Hydro Road. Set within the Lakeview Village master plan, the project is close to the waterfront trail network, new parkland and the planned community core on Lake Ontario. Homes include underground parking and exclusive-use patios, in a lakeside setting between Port Credit and Long Branch.
Aura’s townhomes are designed for lakeside living, with contemporary open-concept interiors across two to three floors and up to 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Underground parking keeps the streetscape clear of cars, while exclusive-use patios extend living space outdoors. Caivan’s architecture pairs modern materials with a timeless waterfront sensibility, giving the community a clean, contemporary look that suits its position beside Lake Ontario and the new Lakeview Village parks.
As part of Lakeview Village, residents tap into one of the GTA’s most ambitious waterfront communities, planned with parks, promenades, retail and transit along the lake. Aura adds underground parking and private patios, while the surrounding master plan delivers trails, green space and direct access to the Mississauga shoreline.
Aura sits in Lakeview Village near Lakeshore Road East and Hydro Road, on the eastern edge of Mississauga’s waterfront. Lakeshore Road is the main local corridor, while Cawthra Road and Dixie Road lead north to the Queen Elizabeth Way. Long Branch GO Station and Port Credit GO Station on the Lakeshore West line are both close by, and the Toronto boundary at Etobicoke Creek is only a short distance east.
Lakeview is a lakeside neighbourhood in the southeast corner of Mississauga, between Port Credit to the west and Long Branch in Toronto to the east. Lakeshore Road runs through its centre, and Port Credit’s harbour, restaurants and cafés are close by. The Lakeview Village master plan is turning the former power generating station lands into a new waterfront district with parks, a pier, homes and shops.
Lakeview Village is planned with about 18.5 hectares of new parkland, including Waterfront Park and a Cultural Pier that extends roughly 350 metres into Lake Ontario. The site links Lakefront Promenade Park to the west with the Jim Tovey Lakeview Conservation Area to the east, and the Waterfront Trail follows the shore. Marie Curtis Park and its beach are a short trip east in Toronto.
Lakeview is served by the Peel District School Board and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. Cawthra Park Secondary School and St. Paul Secondary School are listed among the neighbourhood’s high schools, with several elementary schools nearby. The Mississauga Library System’s Lakeview Branch on Atwater Avenue supports study and programs, and colleges and universities across Mississauga and Toronto are reachable by MiWay and GO Transit.
Port Credit’s Lakeshore Road corridor has independent shops, cafés and waterfront restaurants a short trip west. Dixie Outlet Mall, at Dixie Road and the QEW, is Canada’s largest enclosed outlet mall, though it entered court-appointed receivership in March 2026, so tenants may change. Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke adds more than 200 stores near Highway 427 and the Queen Elizabeth Way for larger shopping trips.
Families have Lakeview Golf Course, an 18-hole city-owned course on Dixie Road, and Port Credit Memorial Park, which has a playground, skate park and open lawn used for festivals. Marie Curtis Park offers a monitored swimming beach in summer at the mouth of Etobicoke Creek. The Small Arms Inspection Building on Lakeshore Road East is a city-owned arts centre, and the Lakeview library offers preschool storytime.
MiWay routes serving Lakeview include 5 Dixie, 8 Cawthra, 23 Lakeshore and 31 Ogden, with Route 23 following Lakeshore Road toward Long Branch GO Station. Lakeview has no GO station of its own, so riders use Port Credit or Long Branch on the Lakeshore West line for rail service toward downtown Toronto. Drivers can reach the QEW by way of Dixie Road or Cawthra Road, a short drive north.
